If you and all occupants over 18 have excellent credit history with no lates (minimum 3 year track history), we might be able to offer you our “Zero” Security Deposit Option. If you have a couple of lates from the past (more than 12 months ago) and we can verify that you earn at least 2.5x the monthly rent, we may be able to offer you our “50% off” Security Deposit Option. If you have no credit, or a foreign passport/Consulate Card, we will try to work with you with our “Full Deposit” (1 Months advanced rent) Program. Our goal is to lease a very affordable apartment unit to a future resident that is financially able to pay the rent and whom is also able to live within the house rules. We are a 15 year+ Owner/ Operator of Apartment Residences and we Enjoy going the extra mile to insure our residents are consistently happy and comfortable.
